Technical Consulting and Audiovisual

The CGEM boardroom can accommodate almost 50 speakers around the table, as well as advisors and journalists. The ambition was to provide comfort for all the players in the room.

We helped our customer to define the room's functions:

• Definition of boardroom functionalities (Conference mode, Streaming mode, Live sharing mode with other areas)
• Architectural coordination for the deployment of various systems: projection, sound, video capture, audiovisual control room
• Design of the audiovisual infrastructure enabling all systems to be managed via a tablet
• Follow-up and acceptance of site work
• Acceptance of work and start of production

We accompanied our customer from the strategic study to final acceptance of the project.
