The Policy Center in Rabat is a research center focusing on public policy issues and African economies.

With its 5 floors and 5,000m², the PC Center includes a number of different areas: auditorium, library, offices, open spaces, meeting rooms, training rooms, boardrooms, brainstorming rooms, president's office, collaboration areas, etc.)

We helped our customer define the building's strategy and the functional vision to be deployed:

• Functional and technical benchmarking of solutions for office spaces, open spaces and auditoriums
• Space-specific definition of equipment to be deployed (audiovisual, room reservation system, WIFI, information system, collaboration system, etc.)
• Design of the audiovisual and sound infrastructure for the auditorium space (12mx3m projection, collaboration, control room, video capture, sound system, microphone, etc.).
• Design of tools for organizing events and receiving visitors (library management system, multiservice card and event management system).
• Design of Smart Building infrastructure and building management (central management interface, usage scenarios for different spaces, Smart Office, etc.).

We accompanied our customer through to final acceptance of the project.
