Parc Urbain Anfa Park is a 25-hectare public space in the heart of Casablanca's financial district. Open since 2020, the ambition is to offer this new district a modern space that meets contemporary requirements in terms of management, operation and services offered to visitors.

We worked with our customer on the strategic definition of the urban space and on the functional and technical vision of the park:

• Global and regional benchmark for Smart Parcs
• Definition of strategy and features to be deployed
• Thematic definition of the infrastructure and equipment to be deployed (Smart Grid, intelligent lighting, video protection, anti-intrusion, digital signage, outdoor Wifi, intelligent watering, air and water quality, remote distribution, mobile application, website, intelligent street furniture).
• Definition of the central asset management station (security, centralized Smart interface, video wall, etc.)

We accompanied our customer from the strategic study to final acceptance of the project.
