As part of the implementation of a new telecommunications operator, 3RP, we assisted the operator with the following tasks:

Consulting mission :
- Development of sales support strategy and sales performance monitoring
- Configuration of product and service offerings
- Elaboration of sales procedures (customer support / invoicing / late payment management / claims management, etc.)
- Sizing of management tools required by the Operator (equipment to be ordered for the needs of the following mission).
- Proposal of an organization chart and organization for the Operator
- Team sizing and recruitment support
- Drawing up training plans and preparing sales teams to deal with customers

Delegated management, supervision and technical assistance:
- Terminal activation, configuration and management
- Management of service requests
- Management of incidents and complaints (collection and processing with infrastructure technical managers)
- 24×7 NOC supervision and service availability management
- Change management
- Preparation of operational management charts
- Performance monitoring
- Network quality of service monitoring
- Operation and maintenance of infrastructures and business applications
- Inventory and supply chain management
- Supervise and assist the operator's teams in all technical operations for which they are responsible as part of the delegated management mission.
